How to form your Shinpads

Step 1

Heaten up the first shinpad with an hairdryer for 2 minutes. After that it is soft and adaptable.

Step 2

Now you wait for 2 to 5 seconds for the shinpad to cool down. Then hold it for 1 minute and 30 seconds on your shin. Help with your hands as well so the shinpad can get the perfect form.

Step 3

Now the shinpad is fully hardened. Repeat the process with the second shinpad.
